What is Crafti-Express?
A Express Experience bar that you can handmake candles, soaps, bath bombs, lipbalms and more in under 30 minutes.
How does it work?
1. Select a menu.
2. Click the Select A Time and pick a date and time.
3. Add to cart. Proceed to checkout and make payment.
Is this a workshop?
No this is not a full workshop or a professional class. This is Malaysia's first Express Handmaking Experience. You will be given all the ingredients and a set of instructions to follow. And our friendly advisors will be there to guide you if you need assistance.
Will someone help me?
This bar is for you to explore handmaking on your own with written guidelines and instructions. However, if you ever get stuck, you can call our team for assistance.
What happens if I do not show up for my booking?
Kindly contact us to re-schedule a new Crafti Express date.
What can I make at Crafti Express?
There is a set menu where you can pick from. This includes making candles, soaps, aroma stones, bath bombs, lip balms and more. Please see our menu selection above.
What is the difference between Crafti Express and a proper workshop?
Workshops have a dedicated instructor to guide you all the way. Crafti Express has written instructions for you to follow and make your items independently. This is a good beginner platform to learn to make something new without needing to buy all the ingredients and tool. PLUS no washing up for you because we have that covered.
What if I am late for my session?
Please do not be late as there will be other slots after you. We have a holding time of only 10 minutes after which late slots will be cancelled to prepare for the next slot. If you are going to be late, kindly inform us and we can reschedule for you.
What is the duration of one session at Crafti Express?
The session lasts between 20 - 30 minutes depending on the menu item you selected. Sessions cannot exceed 30 minutes because someone else will take the slot after you.
What if I would like to customise the menu?
So sorry but the menu items are set and cannot be changed or customised. But you can always customised on your own at home after you’ve learnt the basics at Crafti Express.
