How to use Clear Glycerin Soap Base

Cut and use

Cut the solid base into your preferred bar sizes for use as soap, without adding colour or fragrance.

Melt, customise and pour

1. Prepare: Weigh the amount you need and cut it into small pieces. Set out your heat-safe container, mixing utensil and soap moulds.
2. Melt gently: Use a double boiler or microwave on low heat. Avoid overheating.
3. Customise: Allow to cool slightly, then mix in soap-suitable colour or fragrance according to the additive supplier's recommended usage rate.
4. Pour: Transfer the melted base into your moulds.
5. Cool and finish: Leave until fully firm, then unmould and wrap.
