What are Crafti-Points?
Crafti-Points are Craftiviti's reward points. Members earn them on purchases and other actions, then redeem them for money off future purchases. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
How do I earn Crafti-Points?
Create an account (50 points), complete your profile (100), subscribe to the newsletter (50), refer a friend (150 per successful referral), buy a Crafti-Kit (150), shop (2 points for every RM6 spent), leave a product review (5 to 15), follow us on Instagram (20), share us on Facebook (50), tell your friends (50), enjoy a birthday reward (100) and earn 100 points after 10 orders.
How much are Crafti-Points worth?
100 points gives RM3 off, 200 points gives RM8 off, 500 points gives RM20 off and 1,000 points gives RM50 off. Bigger rewards give more value per point.
Do Crafti-Points expire?
Yes. Points expire one year after the date you earn them. Log in to see your balance and expiry dates, and use your points before they go.
How do I check my Crafti-Points balance?
Log in to your Craftiviti account and click the Crafti-Points button. Click the clock icon to see your points history and expiry dates.
Can I use Crafti-Points in store?
Yes. Crafti-Points work for both online and in-store purchases. In store, redeem them with a coupon code.
When do I get my points after a purchase?
Points are credited immediately after your purchase.
Can I use more than one coupon on an order?
No. Only one coupon code can be used per order. You can use a Crafti-Points coupon on bulk orders and promotional items.
Can I earn points by referring friends?
Yes. You earn 150 points for every successful friend referral. See the Refer-A-Friend page for how it works.
Is there a welcome voucher?
New newsletter subscribers receive a RM15 voucher when they sign up. Subscribing also earns you 50 Crafti-Points.
