Return and Cancellation Policy

 For Cancellations

We accept cancellation of orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. 

 CLEARANCE ITEMS are not eligible for exchange or refund. All sale of clearance items are final.

 For Products That Are Damaged or Have Defects 

Please take photos as listed below and email to us at, or bring the faulty product back to the store for us to have a look. 

Types of Photos Needed: 

  1. Full photo of the parcel. 
  2. Photo of the damaged areas of the parcel (outside and inside the parcel). 
  3. Photo of the damaged product. 

Due cause of action will be advised after evaluation.


For Product Exchanges 

Exchanges are only allowed within the period of 7 days from the date of purchase printed on the Invoice/Receipt. You can exchange your item for other products in our store, or for a credit note of the same value (excluding shipping fees if any). This credit note can be used for any purchase in our store. 

Unfortunately, we will not accept any cash refunds.

The exchange product must be unopened and in the same condition it was received when returned to us. For hygiene purposes, we are not able to accept any opened liquid items (such as carrier oils and fragrance oils).


For Bulk/Custom Orders 

We do not provide any refunds or accept any returns for bulk/custom ordered items as they have been specially packed for you. Before placing custom orders or purchasing bulk items, it is always recommended that you try our smaller retail packs first to see if the product suits you. 

**For Fragrance Oils, Essential Oils and Candle Scents, kindly note that scent will change over time due to oxidation.

Any shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.  

If your bulk/custom order is too large and cannot be packed in one box, additional shipping and handling charges will apply for the additional boxes. 

International Orders

Return shipping cost for items is borne by buyer. If you intend to initiate a return from any country other than Malaysia, please get in touch with us first at to help guide you through the process.
