What are Craftiviti's opening hours?
We are open every day, Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 8pm. We are closed on some public holidays, so message us on WhatsApp first if you plan to visit on one.
Does Craftiviti ship worldwide?
Yes. Online orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days. Global shipments are processed within 1 to 3 working days and arrive in 5 to 7 working days. Read the full delivery and shipping fee page.
How long does delivery take in Malaysia?
Peninsular Malaysia usually receives parcels within 2 to 5 working days, and East Malaysia within 5 to 14 working days. There are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
Can I return or refund an order?

How do I book a candle making workshop?
Book online at the Craftiviti Experience Centre page or WhatsApp us. Soy Wax Candle Making is RM77, Ice Coffee Candle Making is RM83 and Bubble Candle Making is RM89. The intermediate Crafti Lab: SPARK is RM350 per person.
Do you run team building workshops for companies?
Yes. We run craft team building workshops in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, live or virtual. See our team building page or WhatsApp us your team size and date.
