What is the mixing ratio for this epoxy resin? 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener, by weight. Measure each part in separate containers, then combine in a third container and stir for 1–2 minutes.
Is this epoxy resin toxic? No. It's non-toxic, odourless, and does not release fumes, unlike polyester or polyurethane resin.
How long does it take to cure? 10–12 hours at room temperature for initial cure. Full curing to Shore D70 hardness can take 24–48 hours depending on the size and thickness of the mould.
How do I get rid of bubbles in the resin? Apply gentle heat with a heat gun and pop bubbles with a toothpick, or use a vacuum chamber for larger or more detailed pours.
Will the resin turn yellow over time? Like most resins, it can yellow with age and UV exposure. Tint it with colour pigment or use it against a coloured background to reduce visible yellowing.

How to Use
- Protect your work area with freezer paper, wax paper, or a silicone mat.
- Stir the resin can well before measuring.
- Measure resin and hardener separately at a 2:1 ratio (by weight), using a scale for best precision.
- Combine both parts in a third container and stir for 1–2 minutes.
- Add colour pigment, thermochromic pigment, or glow-in-the-dark powder if desired (optional).
- Apply release agent to your mould before pouring.
- Pour slowly to minimise bubbles.
- Remove any remaining bubbles with a heat gun and toothpick, or a vacuum chamber.
- Let cure for 24–48 hours depending on mould size.
Always test on a small batch before starting your main project.
