Okay, this one made our hearts so full 🥹
On 14 June, we got to be part of something really special — the ACTON Young Entrepreneurship Program at Paradigm Mall PJ. Our very own Yein was invited as a judge, and honestly? She came back buzzing.
Picture this: a room full of kids and young adults, running their OWN little businesses. Pitching ideas. Selling to actual customers. Talking branding and pricing like little CEOs. Some of these kids handled themselves better than grown adults do in business meetings, no kidding.
Yein's been a big believer in hands-on learning and creativity for as long as we've known her, so getting to sit on this panel was right up her alley. She wasn't just there to score points on a sheet, she really watched these young entrepreneurs work the room, defend their ideas, and figure things out on the spot.
Judging wasn't easy at all. Every single participant showed up with so much heart and effort, it honestly felt unfair to pick winners. But that's kind of the beauty of it - there were no real "losers" here, just a bunch of kids who showed up braver than most adults dare to be.
Yein said the best part wasn't even the polished pitches — it was watching shy kids push past their nerves and just... go for it. That's the real win.
She even met young customers of Craftiviti!
We truly believe creativity and entrepreneurship are besties — they grow together. Programs like ACTON's are exactly the kind of spaces that help kids dream bigger and back themselves early.
