Craftiviti Experience Terms and Conditions

By making a purchase of our Craftiviti Experience, you agree to the following terms :

• To protect everyone, please wear a face mask and practice social distancing at all times. Participants must be fully vaccinated.
• Your slot will be allocated to you during your reservation time and once your session is completed, we will need to prep it for the next participant.
• All materials and tools will be provided. They are to be used at the Craftiviti Experience Centre only.
• If you display symptoms of Covid19, please inform us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your session.
• Photos taken during the workshop may be shared on social media.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• We accept cancellations 48 hours prior to your session.
• Cancellations must be notified via email to enquiry@craftiviti.com or by getting confirmation of cancellation during a call to +603-77109553 during working hours.
• All payments made for cancellations after 48 hours or No Shows will not be refunded as the space has been allocated to you.
