Craftiviti Experience Terms and Conditions

By making a purchase of our Craftiviti Experience, you agree to the following terms :

  • To protect everyone, please wear a face mask and practice social distancing at all times. Participants must be fully vaccinated.
  • Your slot will be allocated to you during your reservation time and once your session is completed, we will need to prep it for the next participant.
  • The time slot allocated for each experience remains regardless if customer arrives late. eg. If a customer's slot is at 2pm and they arrive at 2.30pm, their session will still end at 3pm.
  • All materials and tools will be provided. They are to be used at the Craftiviti Experience Centre only.
  • If you display symptoms of Covid19, please inform us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your session.
  • Photos taken during the workshop may be shared on social media.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • We accept cancellations 24 hours prior to your session.
  • We only allow 1 reschedule per customer per event. We reserve the right to cancel further reschedules without refund.
  • Cancellations /  rescheduling must be done via booking notification email that was sent to you after payment was made.

  • All payments made for cancellations within 24 hours of appointment, or No Shows will not be refunded as the space has been allocated to you.
  • If the above has happened, you may proceed to collect your mini kits from our Centerpoint Bandar Utama store at your convenience with proof of booking.
