ECO Candle Wick (USA) - 10pcs

ECO wick is created from natural flat cotton thread mixed with paper thread that makes a solid structure for easier candle pouring. Primed with vegetable wax rather than paraffin wax, this wick will create a consistent flame and a slight curl when lit. Available in 10 pieces per packet and ready-to-use (pre-tabbed candle wicks).

1. ECO-2
Suitable for making small container and votives candles.
The wicks come in 3 inches (7.62cm) length with 20mm base x 3mm neck.
Recommended application for small container diameter is 1.5" - 2.0" (3.81cm - 5.08cm)

2. ECO-6
Suitable for making small container candles and pillar candles.
The wicks come in 8 inches (20.32cm) length with 20mm base x 3mm neck.
Recommended application for pillars and small containers diameter is 2.5" - 2.75" (6.35cm - 6.98cm)

3. ECO-10
Suitable for making medium container candles and pillar candles.
The wicks come in 8 inches (20.32cm) length with 20mm base x 3mm neck.
Recommended application for pillar and medium container diameter is 3.0" - 3.25" (7.62cm - 8.25cm)

How to use the wick

• To use wick, place it at the center of the candle mold or container and glue it using a glue gun or by using soft rubber adhesive tack. E6000 be great for a permanent bond.
• You can keep the wick upright with a bow tie clip.
• Once wick is in place, gently pour hot melted wax into the mold and leave candle to set overnight.

Ideal for natural waxes such as beeswax, palm wax and soy wax. Eco series is a flat, coreless cotton wick braided with thin paper filaments mixture for a stable burning. This wick is designed to create minimal mushrooming, soot and smoke.

How a candle burns depends on may factors such as the type of wick, the size of wick, the amount and type of dyes used, the amount and type of fragrance/essential oils used. So it is recommended for you to do a small test batch first.
